When you leave for work, one button or one voice command switches the apartment into away mode. Lights turn off, curtains move to the selected position, climate systems reduce energy consumption, and non-essential devices go into standby mode.

The apartment does not simply cut the power. It safely manages every connected system to protect equipment, reduce unnecessary energy use, and keep the home ready for your return.

The robot vacuum cleaner can start automatically after you leave. If someone rings the doorbell, opens the door, or if a security sensor is triggered, you receive an instant notification on your phone.

Leaving for Work

When children come home from school, the apartment can notify you immediately. The system switches to a safe family mode: entrance events are recorded, selected lighting turns on, and access to specific devices or sockets can be limited.

Entertainment can be allowed for a defined period, then automatically paused when it is time for homework. The desk lighting turns on at the right brightness level, helping children focus without unnecessary distractions.

For younger children, selected sockets or devices can remain disabled for additional safety.

After a long day, your smart home prepares the apartment for relaxation. With one button or a voice command, the lights dim smoothly, curtains close, the TV or projector turns on, and the sound system starts at the right volume.

You do not need to adjust every device manually. The apartment creates the right atmosphere for a movie, music, dinner, or quiet family time.

Before going to bed, press one button near the bed or use a voice command to activate night mode. Lights turn off, curtains close, TVs and audio systems switch to standby, and the climate system moves to a comfortable sleeping temperature.

Security stays active while you sleep. If a leak, motion, smoke, or door event is detected, the system can notify you immediately and trigger the required protection scenario.

Your smart apartment quietly takes care of routine tasks in the background — from utility readings and equipment status to comfort, safety, and maintenance alerts.

Instead of checking every system manually, you receive only the information that matters: clear notifications, useful reminders, and real-time updates directly on your phone.

Hot water shutdowns, AC issues, ventilation problems, or unusual temperature changes can be detected and reported before they become inconvenient.

The smart home monitors connected devices, batteries, sensors, and key equipment. If something requires attention, you receive a clear notification before it turns into a problem.

If a router, modem, TV box, receiver, or other connected device freezes, it can be restarted remotely from your phone.
